CMW as a method of learning, potential and pitfalls.

A preliminary report on a number of projects in which CMW has been applied in different settings (formal and non-formal) with a view on the learning experiences of participants.

In the session I will refer to ideas of self-determined learning and their connection to CMW. Based on first hand feedback by participants in a variety of CMW groups the effects of taking part in CMW projects are discussed in relation to the claims made about the potential of CMW as a learning method.
