Reading tracks together – CWM in the development of critical biographical competences of social workers
Political and social conditions of the late modern society become more complexe, and the challenge for individuals to understand their own socialisation and the links between their social practice and the social structures and discourses grows. Therefore the development of biographical competences becomes important – also for social workers, as well as for people in marginalized groups or difficult life situations. In which way can CMW – with its special focus on abilities to act, social and cultural practice and discourses in prevailing conditions – be a contribution for critical biographical competences?
